1. How long does it take to finish a website?

If all the necessary files are turned in such as content, images, logos etc., it typically will take 2 full weeks to finish a website from start to finish.

2. What if I don’t like any designs?

All projects are subject to cancellation. In the event a cancellation of a design project, or any delay of more than 1 month, we keep the 50% deposit and forfeit the remaining balance. All work will remain GAWLIK Graphiks property, but will be available if the project should be resumed at a later time. Although GAWLIK Graphiks prides ourselves on our design and we are adiment about keeping our customers satisfied with each and every design.

3. How does the web design process work?

After the initial payment of 50% is payed GGandM will provide a design based off of your description. Changes will be made to meet the look and feel desired. Final design changes will be made which at this point will be brought to the production of the website programming.

4. How do I see my proofs?

All proofs are sent as jpg screenshots via email.

5. Do I get roll-over minutes with my maintenance plan?

No. As much as we would like to be as large as At&t, we are not. We do not provide roll-over minutes or hours on our maintenance plans. After each month payment has been made it is non-refundable. We are a reasonable small business and will consider not to nickel and dime for small overage time each month.

6. How do I get my design printed?

You can either choose to print your job from the discs we send you or you can choose us to print your job for you.

7. What are my ownership rights on my purchased artwork?

After you pay the total balance of the project, your are entitled to 100% ownership.

8. What is the standard design process?

First, there is the initial consultation or meeting with a artist representative, discussing the project. Customer preparation is urged containing any or all information and elements pertinent to the project such as your goals, design ideas, samples, photographs, copy, layout ideas, etc. After receiving a full payment, we will produce and provide a preliminary proof. All necessary changes will be discussed. Changes will then be made to project will issue a final proof. Customer will then sign off approving the project for final completion. Final payment will be made before artwork is turned over to client.

9. What is your hourly rate?

All website development is $100 per hour. If you purchase a website maintenance plan the cost is goes to only $75 per hour.

10. Can work be done via internet?

Yes. This is the preferred way of handling all design projects.

11. How do I pay for my artwork?

We currently accept all major credit cards, paypal, money order, cash and check payments.

12. Is the 50% deposit refundable?

The 50% deposit is non-refundable.

13. Are flat fee subject to change?

Yes. All our work is based off of an hourly scale. If the estimated time exceeds the initial quote we are allowed to ask for compensation of time is exceeded.

14. How long does it take to make a website maintenance change?

If you have purchased a maintenance plan package your work is considered priority and try to be handled within 72 hours.

15. Do you keep stats of our website?

Yes. All of GGandM client websites have statistics loaded to each site and are kept securely. This way we are able to alert you of your activity. We like to consider ourselves as your business partners and want you to know when your site is growing or not.
